Jeekai & Partners has successively won a patent infringement litigation in February 2016 for first instance on behalf of an American patentee against two infringers in China. Guangzhou Intellectual Property Court ruled that the infringers should immediately stop the acts of infringement and compensate the patentee for economic loss and other reasonable fees.
