On January 28, 2019, Beijing IP Court made a jugement on an administrative litigation represented by Jeekai & Partners on behalf of the patentee. The judgment upholds the Decision of Invalidation made by the Patent Reexamination Board, that is, maintaining the all the patent right valid. The ligitation involves Chinese patent No. 200510059850X, which was honored as the 19th China Patent Award of the State Intellectual Property Office. Jeekai & Partners represented the drafting to allowance of the patent, and won the invalidation case and first instance of the administrative litigation.
