¤ Fangmin Lu is an attorney-at-law, patent attorney and trademark attorney.  He has over eighteen years practice in intellectual property laws. Mr. Lu received his LLB from Huadong University of Political Science and Law and studied in 1962. Before joined the firm in 2000, Mr. Lu was the former director of Anhui Patent Agency and the group leader of the legal department of NTD Patent & Trademark Agency Ltd. Mr. Lu has extensive experience in enforcement and transactional matters in intellectual property protection. He is a member of All-China Patent Agents Association and China Intellectual Property Society. Language: Chinese and English.

¤ Zhengwen Bi is an attorney-at-law and Chinese trademark attorney.  Mr. Bi received his LL.B. from the Law School of Hebei University.  He joined Jeekai in 2000 and focuses his practice on trademark prosecution, IP licensing and enforcement matters.  Mr. Bi is a member of China Trademark Association, INTA and LES, and can conduct business in Chinese and English.

¤ Guihua Huang is a trademark attorney.  Ms. Huang received her LL.M. from Monash University in Australia and her B.A. in English from Foreign Language Institute of Guangxi University. She focuses her practice on trademark prosecution, licensing work and enforcement matters. Ms. Huang is a member of China Trademark Association, and can conduct business in Chinese and English.
