Mr. Robin R. Zhao

Mr. Robin R. Zhao is a managing partner of the firm,and he is an attorney-at-law, patent and trademark attorney, and U. S. patent agent. Mr. Zhao received his master degree in intellectual property from Franklin Pierce Law Center in U.S.A., and B.S. in physics from Beijing (Peking) University and diploma of laws from China Lawyers Training Center. He started his intellectual property practice in China since 1983 and served as group chief of CCPIT Patent and Trademark Law Office for five years, and counsel of China Sinda Intellectual Property Limited. He was an engineer for about three years before his legal career. Mr. Zhao also had professional training and worked with major American law firms for more than four years. He has extensive experience in prosecution, enforcement and transactional matters in intellectual property protection in China. He is a board member of the China Intellectual Property Society and a member of AIPPI, LES, INTA, and the All China Patent Agents Association.
